Give the Gift of Health
Become a Community Care Connector and bring health services to your neighbors in need by pledging a monthly gift OR give your neighbors the gift of health through a one-time donation:
- $1,000 = ½ day of medical or dental services
- $500 = a week of dental supplies or two months of medical supplies
- $250 = helping a young adult have painful wisdom teeth removed
- $50 = helping someone buy the medicine they need to fight an infection
